If I buy and file that application, will it get reviewed by an actual lawyer and edited if needed?

It will be reviewed by Marcella. If there is an issue that requires your attention you will be asked to consult or we can move forward with the application as is.

Will it be sent to the USPTO once your lawyers have reviewed it?

Yes. It will be filed.

What happens if it gets rejected by the USPTO?

If there is an office action you may receive a courtesy notice from us but you will automatically receive a USPTO notice.
